Alicia Brett, Relaxation Massage (non-RMT)

Alicia Brett

Alicia’s journey into massage therapy began with a lifelong love of horses, movement, and caring for others. Growing up in Shawnigan Lake and later moving to Cobble Hill when her daughter was born, she has always felt most at home surrounded by nature, animals, and her community.

Her background began in equine massage, where she developed a passion for understanding how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Over time, that passion grew into a desire to help people in the same way.

Alicia is currently preparing to write her board exams and complete her registration with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). She offers a focus on creating a treatment experience in which clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported.

Alicia believes wellness is about more than simply treating pain. It’s about taking time for yourself, reconnecting with your body, and creating habits that support how you want to feel in your everyday life.

Outside of the clinic, Alicia is a mom, farm owner, riding instructor, and animal lover. You’ll often find her spending time with her daughter, caring for her horses and farm animals, or enjoying the slower pace of life that comes with living on the farm.

Please note: While Alicia offers relaxation massage and bodywork only. treatments provided by Alicia are not currently eligible for extended health insurance coverage or third-party billing while she awaits registration with the CCHPBC.
