Eric Ginter, Physiotherapist

Eric Ginter

From the hard-working tradesman nursing a stubborn shoulder to the grandparent who just wants to keep up with his grandkids—or even the weekend warrior chasing that personal best—Eric is here to help you get back to doing what you love. He believes that exercise is medicine, and his role is to tailor it to you. Every plan he creates is built with your life in mind—your work, your hobbies, your medical history, and the goals that actually matter to you. Whether it’s recovering from surgery, overcoming stubborn pain, regaining strength, or simply moving with confidence again, you’ll tackle it together.

Eric has a special passion for helping people who’ve “tried everything else” with limited success. When pain lingers, it’s easy to feel stuck—but that’s where he thrives. He brings a creative, problem-solving approach, blending hands-on treatment with advanced techniques like Neurokinetic Therapy®, dry needling, and medical acupuncture. He also specializes in post-operative recovery, concussion and vestibular rehab, TMJ disorders, and those stubborn injuries that keep people sidelined.

The truth is, it’s never too late—or too early—to invest in your health. Whether you’re aiming to stay strong for work, sports, post-surgery, or simply to enjoy more energy and mobility with your grandkids, Eric has the tools and experience to get you there.

Originally from Northern BC, he fell in love with island life during my studies at UVic. Outside the clinic, you’ll catch him outdoors with his wife, Jacqueline, their three young kids, and their dogs—or pushing his limits on the bike, the trails, or in the surf.
